CYZORReview Requests
Google review requests

Every finished customer gets asked. The same way, every time.

A polite text goes out when the job ends, with a one-tap link to your Google page. We do not screen customers first, and we never offer anything in exchange for a review — both are against Google’s policy and both are how a profile gets its reviews stripped. Asking everyone is slower. It is also the version that survives.

Text to your customer · 90 min after the job
Hi Dana — thanks for having us out today. If you have a minute, a quick Google review really helps a small shop like ours: g.page/r/…

If anything wasn’t right, reply here and I’ll fix it. — Chris
One message, one follow-up nudge, then it stops. The same text goes to the customer who loved it and the customer who didn’t.
Why this is built the boring way

The fast way to more reviews is the one that loses them.

There are two ways to raise a star rating. One asks everybody and accepts the result. The other asks how you feel first and only forwards the happy ones. The second works until Google notices.

The practice Review gating & incentives This product
Who gets asked Screened first — unhappy customers filtered out Every finished customer, identical message
Anything offered in return Discounts, entries, freebies Nothing, ever
If a customer is unhappy Routed away from the review form They can reply to you directly first — and still review
Standing with Google Against policy; reviews can be removed Inside policy by design

The policy this is built around. Google’s review policies prohibit offering incentives in exchange for reviews and prohibit selectively soliciting positive reviews (commonly called review gating). We have built to that rule rather than around it. Read Google’s current policy yourself before you buy any review tool, ours included — it is short, and it tells you which vendors are selling you a problem.

Setup

Live in minutes. Nothing to install.

1

Paste your Google review link

The short link from your Business Profile. That is the whole configuration.

2

Tell it when a job is finished

Add the customer yourself in a few seconds, or point your existing tool at the webhook so it fires automatically when you close a job.

3

The ask goes out, once, then one nudge

Ninety minutes after the job, while it is still fresh. If they do not respond, one polite reminder a few days later — then it stops for good.

Straight answers

What it does, and what it won’t.

It does this

  • Texts every finished customer a one-tap link to your Google page
  • Sends one polite follow-up if there is no response, then stops
  • Fires automatically from a webhook, or manually when you add a customer
  • Gives an unhappy customer a direct line back to you in the same message
  • Unlimited requests on the flat $39 — no per-message pricing

It will not do this

  • No review gating. It will not survey people first and only forward the happy ones
  • No incentives. It will not offer a discount or a prize for a review
  • It cannot remove a bad review — nobody legitimately can
  • No guaranteed star rating. If your service is the problem, this makes that visible faster, not slower
  • No CRM integrations yet beyond the generic webhook
Pricing

One flat price. No per-message billing.

The price is on this page because you should not have to hand a stranger your phone number to find out what something costs.

Who you are dealing with

You get the person who built it — not a ticket queue.

CYZOR Creations is Chris, working out of Big Bear City, California. He wrote the code and he is who replies when you write in.

We do not sell you an uptime guarantee, because we could not honour one. This runs on one server operated by one person, and it has had outages. You should weigh that. If a review request is delayed by an outage it still goes out; nothing is silently dropped, and if it is long enough to matter you hear it from us by email rather than from a customer.

If we ever wind this down, you get 30 days’ notice by email and are not billed again.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Is this allowed by Google?
Yes — this is the compliant way to do it. We ask every customer the same way, never offer a discount or reward for a review, and never hide the negative ones. That's exactly what Google's policy and the FTC require. Tactics that filter for only-happy customers or pay for reviews are what get profiles penalized — we deliberately don't do those.
Do I need a CRM or special software?
No — there is nothing to install and no CRM required. If the software you already use can fire a webhook when a job is finished (directly, or through Zapier or Make), paste our auto-send link in there once and it runs itself. If it can't, or you don't use any, just type the customer's name and email address after a job and the request goes out immediately.
Will it bug my customers?
No. One friendly request, and at most one gentle reminder a few days later — then it stops. It's the same polite ask a great business owner would make in person, just automatic so it never gets forgotten.
What if a customer had a bad experience?
They get the same honest ask as everyone else — we never gate or filter reviews. In practice, asking every happy customer at the right moment lifts your average fast, because it's the satisfied majority who normally forget to post.
How fast can I be live?
Minutes. Paste your Google review link, connect your jobs (or add a customer by hand), and the next finished job triggers a request. Nothing to install.
What does the free trial include?
Everything — unlimited review requests, the auto-send webhook, and the follow-up nudge, free for 14 days. $0 today; if it's not growing your reviews, cancel by replying to one email. No contract.
How do I cancel, and does it cost anything?
Email chris@cyzorcreations.com — that's it. No retention call, no phone tree, no cancellation fee, no minimum term. You're not billed for the next cycle and that's the end of it.

Ask every customer. Let the rating be real.

14 days free, $0 today, and your setup link is in your inbox about two minutes after you start. Cancel from the same page — no call, no retention offer.
