Privacy Policy

CYZOR Creations is built privacy-first. This policy covers our website and products. (Our browser extensions have a dedicated policy at /privacy/extensions.)

What we collect

• Website: standard server logs and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views) — no selling of personal data, no cross-site ad tracking by us.
• Free web apps & tools: run in your browser; data you enter typically stays on your device unless a tool clearly states otherwise.
• Purchases: processed on-site by our PCI-compliant partner Helcim — we never see or store your card number. We receive order details (product, amount, your email for delivery/receipt) to fulfill and support your order. Helcim's privacy policy governs card processing.
• Email: if you join a list, we store your email to send what you signed up for. Unsubscribe anytime.
• AI Receptionist (voice): when a business uses our AI receptionist, Riley answers their phone and says it is an AI assistant in its opening line, and confirms it plainly whenever a caller asks. Calls are not recorded. We keep only what the caller gives for the callback — name, phone or email, any requested time, and the outcome of the call — and pass it to that business so they can follow up. Calls are carried by Twilio, the voice is generated by ElevenLabs, and the conversation is processed by a language model via OpenRouter.

Where we use AI

Our AI receptionist is an AI assistant, and it says so — it will never claim to be a person. AI can get things wrong, so by default it will not quote a price, diagnose a problem, promise an arrival time or offer a discount — each business can switch those on for its own line, and anything it will not answer goes to a human there. Ask to speak to a human at any point and it takes your name and number so someone from the business calls you back.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't run our own cross-site advertising tracking. Ad/affiliate units, where present, are clearly part of the page.
