Refund Policy

Short version: Not happy with a paid product? Email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective, not as described, or simply didn't work for you. Refunds are processed through Gumroad, our payment partner.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't charge for the next period after cancellation.

Free products

Our web apps, extensions, and many tools are free — no purchase, nothing to refund.

How to request

Email cyzorcreations@gmail.com with your Gumroad order/receipt and a sentence on the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
