Digital products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective, not as described, or simply didn't work for you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our partner Helcim.
Email Deliverability Setup — outcome guarantee
The Email Deliverability Setup (DMARC Enforcement) service carries its own guarantee, and it runs longer than the 14 days above. Getting a domain safely to p=reject takes a staged rollout over roughly two to four months, so a 14-day window could never settle it. If your domain is not at p=reject with no legitimate mail lost by the end of month 4, with the monitoring plan active over that period, email cyzorcreations@gmail.com and we refund the $199 setup fee in full. You can verify the outcome yourself at any time without asking us: a DMARC policy is a public DNS record, so a lookup of _dmarc.yourdomain shows it, as does our free checker.
Written deliverables — rewrites until it is submittable
For written deliverables produced against a funder solicitation or brief (for example the Full Grant Proposal), we also commit to fixing the document itself, not only to refunding it. If the draft misses a section your solicitation requires, blows a stated length limit, or leaves a scored criterion unaddressed, email us the delivery link and what is wrong. We rewrite it and send it back within two business days, as many times as it takes, at no extra charge. This is in addition to the 14-day refund above, not instead of it — if you would rather have your money back, ask for that instead and we will refund you. Email cyzorcreations@gmail.com.
Monthly services and free trials
Our monthly services — the AI Receptionist, the Reviews autopilot, and bundles of them — start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial so the service can continue without interruption, but nothing is charged during the trial: cancel before day 14 and you are never billed at all.
After the trial the plan bills monthly. Cancel any time by emailing cyzorcreations@gmail.com — no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no retention call. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep the service to the end of the period you have already paid for. Because a phone service is delivered continuously rather than as a one-time download, we do not refund a period already used; if something went wrong on our side during a period you paid for, email us and we will make it right.
Talk minutes past your monthly allowance are never charged to your card automatically. We contact you about them and settle them with you.
Free products
Our web apps, extensions, and many tools are free — no purchase, nothing to refund.
