Reward Trigger and Timing

To protect the bottom line from returns and ensure the referee is a satisfied customer, rewards are not issued upon purchase.

• Referrer Payout: The $150 digital gift card is processed 101 days after the referee's delivery date. This window accounts for the 100-night sleep trial.

Program Guardrails

To prevent gaming and maintain the premium nature of the brand, the following constraints apply:

• Annual Cap: A maximum of 10 successful referrals per calendar year per customer.
• Qualifying Purchase: The reward is only triggered by the purchase of a Lumina smart mattress (base and smart layers). Accessories or standalone peripherals do not qualify.
• Verification: Payouts are triggered only after the 100-night trial period expires without a return request.

How to Refer

• Log into your Lumina Account.
• Copy your unique referral link from the "Refer a Friend" dashboard.
• Share the link via email, text, or within your sleep and recovery community.

Eligibility and Payouts

• The Referrer: Must have a verified purchase of a Lumina smart mattress. Credits are issued to the email address associated with the original order.
• The Friend: Must be a first-time Lumina customer. The $150 discount applies only to the mattress base and smart layers. It does not apply to standalone accessories or shipping fees.
• The Trigger: Rewards are processed 101 days after the referred customer's delivery date. This window accounts for the standard 100-night sleep trial. If the referred customer returns the mattress for a refund, the referral credit is void.

Program Limits

• Maximum of 10 successful referrals per calendar year.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
• Referral credits are non-transferable.

Restrictions

Self-referrals are prohibited. We monitor IP addresses and shipping details to prevent fraud. Any account found creating fake profiles to claim rewards will be banned from the program and all pending credits will be forfeited.
