AI Employee Engine — Service Agreement

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This agreement covers two purchases: the $750 Pilot Workflow (a one-time build, no subscription) and the AI Employee Engine ($2,500 today, then $2,500/month, month to month). Checking the authorization box at checkout and completing payment forms a binding agreement on these terms between you (the "Client") and CYZOR Creations (Chris Spangler, Big Bear City, California).

1. What we do

We design, build, deploy and maintain automation workflows on the tools you already use — the software that receives your data, moves it between systems, and sends confirmations — to take repetitive administrative and operations work off a person's desk. We are a done-for-you service, not software you install. The Pilot is one workflow, built and delivered live within 5 business days. The Engine is ongoing: your first workflow is live within 48 business hours, and we build, monitor and maintain your automations for the term.

2. Term & billing

Pilot: a single one-time charge of $750. No subscription, nothing recurring.

Engine: $2,500 is charged the day you start, to fund your build. Your recurring $2,500/month begins one month from the start date and continues monthly until you cancel. There is no minimum term. Billing is handled on-site by our PCI-compliant partner Helcim; we never see or store your card number.

3. Delivery — 100% asynchronous

Everything is delivered by email and your client portal. There are no phone or video calls, and none are required — this is a deliberate design of the service, which is why it costs a fraction of a hire.

4. Your responsibilities

To build on your tools we need timely access to them and the information to do it: a point of contact, the credentials or delegated access to the systems being automated, and answers to our setup questions. You confirm you are authorized to grant that access. Timelines above assume reasonable responsiveness; time we spend waiting on access or answers extends them by the same amount.

5. Who owns what

You own the automations we build for you. The specific workflows, configurations and logic we deliver into your accounts are yours to keep and keep using, during and after the term. CYZOR Creations retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, methods and know-how used to build them; nothing here transfers those, and we may reuse our general know-how for other clients. Neither party gets exclusivity.

6. Our guarantee & refunds

Engine: if what we build does not do what we agreed in writing, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the $2,500 charged that day in full and cancel the subscription — by email, no retention call. Pilot: if the workflow we build does not run, we refund the $750 in full. If you continue to the Engine after a Pilot, the $750 is credited to your first month.

7. Cancellation

The Pilot is a one-time purchase; there is nothing to cancel. The Engine runs month to month with no minimum term. Cancel from the link in your receipt and welcome emails, or email us — either way the billing stops and you are not charged again. You keep the service through the end of the month you have already paid for.

Your automations live in your own accounts, on your tools, under your credentials. They were built there and they stay there. Cancelling does not reach in and switch them off. What ends is us: no more monitoring, no more fixing a workflow when a vendor changes an API. If something breaks in March and you cancelled in February, it stays broken.

8. Maintenance

For the Engine, monitoring and fixing the automations we maintain is part of the monthly service — if one breaks, we fix it at no extra charge. Automations run on third-party tools and APIs we do not control; when a third party changes something that breaks a workflow, adapting it is part of maintenance, but we are not responsible for the third party's own outages, price changes or discontinuation.

9. What we do not promise

We deliver the automations we agree to, built to work. We do not promise a specific business result — a revenue figure, a headcount saving, or a particular ROI — because those depend on your business, not only on the tools. Any figures in our marketing are illustrative, not a guarantee.

10. Confidentiality & data

We treat your business information and the data in your systems as confidential and use it only to deliver and support your service. We access only what a given build needs, and we handle any credentials you provide securely. We do not sell your data. On request after the term we remove access we hold.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYZOR Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be emailed to active clients. Questions before you buy: cyzorcreations@gmail.com.
