Wedding Planner
The checklist, the budget, the guest list and the day-of timeline - the four things that decide whether wedding planning feels calm or frantic.
Full details
The planning checklist is a month-by-month countdown with eight stages already laid out: 12+ months, 9 months, 6 months, 4 months, 2 months, 1 month, 1 week, and the day itself. Each has a to-do space and a done column, with boxes for your vision and theme and for your priorities and non-negotiables.
The budget page sets a total, then splits it eight ways - venue and catering, attire and beauty, photo and video, flowers and decor, music and entertainment, cake and favors, rings and stationery, other - each with estimated, actual and paid columns. Totals at the top for total budget, spent so far and remaining. Plus deposits and payment due dates, and a where-we-saved-and-splurged box.
The guest list tracks name, party of, RSVP, meal and gift or thank-you note sent, with counters for invited, confirmed and declined. The meal column is the one caterers ask for and nobody has ready.
The last page holds vendor contacts - venue, photographer, florist, caterer, DJ or band, each with company and contact, phone and balance due - alongside a full day-of timeline and an emergency kit and reminders box.
Five pages including the cover, 147 fill-in form fields, US Letter and A4 both included. Fill it on screen so the budget stays legible as numbers change, or print it for a binder.
