The profile page holds everything about the pup in one spot: name, microchip number, breed, vet clinic and phone, date of birth, emergency vet, gotcha day, insurance policy number, colour and markings, food brand and amount, plus boxes for allergies, medications and special needs, and for favourite toys, treats and the things that calm them.

The potty training log is fourteen dated rows with time, pee or poo, where, whether it was an accident, and notes plus the reward given. Logged consistently, it shows you exactly when your pup needs to go - which is the whole trick to house training.

The command tracker is one row per skill with started date, progress and how you practise, the reward, and a mastered box. Eight skills come pre-labeled: sit, stay, come, down, leash, crate, name, and leave it. Alongside it, a socialisation checklist for people, places, sounds and other dogs, and space for what your trainer or vet suggested.

The daily schedule maps six blocks - morning, mid-morning, midday, afternoon, evening, night - with the activity, who is on duty and a done box, plus meals per day, walks per day, bedtime, and a house-rules box the whole household signs off on.

The last page is the vaccine and vet record: eight rows of date, vaccine or treatment, vet or clinic and next due, with weight and growth notes and a first-year memories box.
