Homeschool Planner
Plan the year, plan the week, and keep the record - four pages that cover the whole homeschool year.
Full details
The year overview maps everything before the first lesson: student, grade or year, school year, then six subject rows - reading and ELA, math, science, history and social, art and music, and one you name - each with room for the curriculum or resources you are using and the goals for the year.
The weekly lesson plan blocks each subject across Monday to Friday, with space underneath for materials and prep and for the week's wins and notes.
The records page is two tables. Attendance by month with days completed and notes. Progress by subject with what you covered and the grade or level reached.
The last page is for the learning that happens off the page - a reading log for books and read-alouds, a space for field trips and experiences, curriculum ideas for next year, and general notes and reflections.
Five pages including the cover, 80 fill-in form fields, US Letter and A4 both included. Fill it on screen and reprint the weekly plan as often as you need.
Worth knowing before you buy: the attendance and progress pages are general-purpose forms, not built to any particular jurisdiction's rules. Homeschool record-keeping requirements differ by state and country, so check what yours asks for and make sure this covers it before you rely on it as your official record.
