The weekly cleaning schedule gives each day Monday to Sunday a focus or zone, a task list and a done box, so the house stays fresh without a Saturday marathon. Alongside it, a six-item daily reset - make beds, dishes and counters, quick tidy and floors, one load of laundry, wipe the bathroom sink, ten-minute evening tidy - and a space for your monthly deep-clean rotation.

The home info page is the one to fill once. Home address, wifi network and password, alarm code and instructions, trash and recycling day. Then a utilities table with company, account number and phone for electric, gas and water, internet and trash. Boxes for emergency contacts, trusted providers (plumber, HVAC, sitter), important dates and renewals, and family and medical notes.

The family chore chart splits the load by person: chore, who, and columns for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, plus this week's household to-do and errands.

The maintenance page catches small things before they get expensive - a six-item seasonal checklist (HVAC filters, smoke and CO detectors, gutters, flush the water heater, caulk and weather stripping, service the HVAC), a maintenance log with date, task or repair and cost, and a page for paint colors, filter sizes and specs so you stop re-measuring.

Five pages including the cover, 105 fill-in form fields, US Letter and A4 both included.

One thing to decide for yourself: the home info page has fields for your wifi password and alarm code. That is deliberate, so a sitter has what they need - but it means the printed page should live somewhere you would be comfortable leaving a spare key.
