The cleaning service agreement is written in plain English: scope of work, payment and cancellation terms, access and supplies, liability, and a satisfaction clause that gives the client 24 hours to flag a miss and gives you a free re-clean instead of a refund fight. Signature and date lines for both sides.

The client and property intake sheet captures what you need before the first visit - home size, floor types, pets and temperament, alarm and entry notes, products to use or avoid, allergies, priority areas, fragile and do-not-touch items, preferred day and time, emergency contact.

The room-by-room checklist is the part that keeps every clean consistent: kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms and living, eight tasks each, plus six add-ons - inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, inside cabinets, laundry and linens, wall spot-cleaning - listed separately because you quote them separately.

The visit log and payment tracker gives you a row per visit: date, in and out, service, hours, amount, paid, notes, with space for supplies to restock and client follow-ups.
