Drop in your old PDF or Word file, then score it against any job posting and get the full list of keywords you are missing — free, unlimited, and worked out inside your own browser. Download a real PDF in any of 8 layouts when you are done.
Paste the posting and get a real match score, every keyword you are missing, and an ATS fix-list you can actually act on. All of it computed on your own device — no account, no scan limit.
Paste a posting on the left and press Scan. Everything on this card is computed in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
A one-off, done-for-you rewrite: send us your resume and the posting and get back an ATS-formatted version that mirrors the posting’s language, plus a formatting checklist. This is a single deliverable — different from Tools Pro above, which is unlimited AI inside this builder. No tool can promise an interview, and we won’t.
Yes — uploading your existing resume, all 8 templates, every colour, the unlimited ATS scan, the job-match score with the complete missing-keyword list, and the real PDF download are free, with no signup and no watermark. Only the AI rewrite, the AI cover letter and the .docx export are paid, and they are part of CYZOR Tools Pro at $9/mo.
A real PDF file. The Download PDF button builds an actual .pdf in your browser and saves it to your device, with selectable, searchable text (not a picture of your resume) so applicant tracking systems can read it. A separate Print option is there if you prefer your browser dialog.
Yes — all 8 are different structures, not font swaps: centred classic, tinted sidebar, colour header band, contact rail, dated timeline, dense compact one-pager, serif editorial, and a technical monospace layout. Pick Letter or A4 and a colour to match.
The PDF uses standard fonts and real selectable text, which is what ATS parsers need. For the strongest result choose Classic, Compact or Mono — single-column layouts are the safest for automated parsing.
The file you upload never leaves your browser — it is opened and read by your own device, and there is no upload step at all. Reading the PDF or Word file, filling the form, the ATS scan, the job-match score, the PDF download and the .docx download are all done locally, and your draft is saved only to this device. The single exception is the optional Pro AI buttons: those send the text of your roles, bullets, summary and skills plus the job posting you pasted to an AI model, because a model cannot run in your browser. Your name, email, phone and address are deliberately left out of that request, and we do not store, log or train on the text. You see a plain-language disclosure naming exactly what is sent, and nothing is sent until you press the button.
Yes — drop a PDF, .docx or .txt into the box at the top and it fills the form in for you: contact details, summary, roles, dates, bullet points, education and skills. Reading somebody else’s layout is guesswork, so check the fields afterwards and fix anything that landed wrong. If your PDF is a scan, the tool will tell you there is no readable text in it — which is exactly what an applicant tracking system would see too.
It is free and unlimited, and so is the full list of the keywords you are missing. It costs us nothing because it is arithmetic running on your own machine, not a server. Tools that run the same check on their own servers have to meter it; we do not have that cost to pass on. We only charge for the AI rewrite, which genuinely needs a model on a server.
No, and it is instructed at every level not to. Where a bullet would be stronger with a metric, it writes the placeholder [add number] for you to fill in with your real figure rather than inventing a plausible one. If the job posting demands a skill your resume does not support, it lists that separately as a gap instead of quietly claiming it. Nothing it writes is applied to your resume until you read it and press Apply.
One licence key, pasted into any CYZOR tool. Today it does three things: drops the CYZOR line from PDFs you send for signature, takes CYZOR branding off your forms and adds CSV export, and switches on the AI rewrite in the resume builder.
