## How to import into Notion
1. **Create a new page** in your Notion workspace where you want the Command Center.  
2. Click **“Import” → “Markdown & CSV”** and select this `.md` file. Notion will create the page hierarchy and tables.  
3. For each Markdown table, click the three‑dot menu → **“Convert to database”**. Choose **Table** view and give the database the name shown in the heading (e.g., “Inventory”).  
4. Open each newly created database and add the following **property types** to match the column headers:  
   - Text, Number, Formula, Date, Checkbox, Relation, Rollup, Select, Multi‑Select, Email, URL as appropriate.  
5. Set up **Relations**:  
   - In **Inventory**, add a Relation to **Suppliers** (property “Supplier”).  
   - In **Product Research**, add a Relation to **SOPs** (property “SOP Link”).  
   - In **Profit**, add a Relation to **Inventory** (property “SKU”).  
6. Add **Rollup** properties where indicated (e.g., “Lead Time” in Inventory, “Net Profit %” in Profit).  
7. Configure **Zapier** integrations:  
   - Create a Zap with **Trigger** “New File in Google Drive (CSV)”.  
   - Add an **Action** “Create/Update Database Item” for each of the CSV‑driven databases (Inventory, PPC, Profit). Map CSV columns to the corresponding Notion properties.  
8. Duplicate the **KPI Dashboard** page, then add **Linked Database** blocks for each database and set the view filters/aggregations as described in the “KPI Dashboard” section.  
9. Test the workflow: upload a sample CSV via Zapier, verify that data appears in the linked tables, and confirm that KPI numbers update automatically.
