# Template Request Form

## Template Request Database

### Views

- **Table – All Requests** – default view showing all columns.  
- **Board – By Status** – grouped by **Status** (New, In Review, Approved, Implemented).  
- **Calendar – Requested On** – displays requests on a calendar by their creation date.  
- **Filtered – High Priority** – filter where **Priority** = High.

### Workflow

1. **Add a new row** in the **Template Request** database.  
2. **Status** auto‑sets to **New**.  
3. Team reviews the request; change **Status** to **In Review**.  
4. When the request is approved, set **Status** to **Approved** and assign a designer.  
5. After the template is delivered, update **Status** to **Implemented**.
