## Overview
A centralized hub for capturing, developing, and tracking every content idea—from blog posts and videos to podcasts and social snippets. This template guides you from raw spark to published piece, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every idea is prioritized, assigned, and measured.

## 1️⃣ Idea Capture & Brainstorm
Use the **Ideas** database to dump any inspiration instantly. Each entry can be fleshed out later.

## 6️⃣ Idea Review & Prioritization
A weekly review page with a filtered view of **Ideas** where **Status = New**. Use the built‑in **Rollup** of “Potential Reach” (estimated traffic) to rank ideas.

> 💡 Tip: Score each idea on a 1‑5 scale for **Impact**, **Effort**, and **Strategic Fit**; then sort by total score.

## How to import into Notion
1. In Notion, create a new page where you want the template.  
2. Click **Import** → **Markdown & CSV** and select this `.md` file.  
3. Notion will create the headings and plain tables.  
4. For each table, click the three‑dot menu → **Turn into → Database** (choose Table, Board, or Calendar as indicated in the section titles).  
5. Adjust property types:  
   - **Date** for dates, **Select/Multi‑Select** for Type, Status, Priority, Tags, Channel.  
   - **Person** for Owner, **Number** for Views, Engagement, etc.  
   - Add **Formula**, **Rollup**, or **Relation** properties as described in the tips.  
6. Link the databases: create a **Relation** from **Ideas** to **Research & Resources**, **Performance Tracker**, and **Content Calendar** as needed.  
7. Set up the Kanban view in **Production Workflow** and the Calendar view in **Content Calendar**.  
8. Save the page as a template button (optional) for future content pipelines.
