## How to import into Notion
1. **Create a new page** in your Notion workspace where you want the template.  
2. Click **Import** → **Markdown & CSV** and select this `.md` file.  
3. Notion will create the page hierarchy and plain tables.  
4. For each table marked as a database (e.g., *Inventory Database*), click the three‑dot menu on the table → **Turn into → Table – Full Page**.  
5. Open each newly created database, then click **+ Add a view** to recreate the views listed (Dashboard, Expiring Soon, etc.).  
6. Attach any placeholder files (e.g., `[Receipt.pdf]`) by uploading the actual documents to the corresponding *Files* properties.  
7. Adjust property types as needed (e.g., set *Purchase Date* and *Warranty Expiry* to **Date**, *Purchase Price* to **Number**, *Receipt* to **Files & media**).  
8. Enable **Reminders** on date properties where the template mentions them.
