## 7️⃣ Weekly Review Checklist  
Run this checklist every Friday to keep the CRM clean and actionable.

- [ ] Review **Interaction Log** for overdue actions.  
- [ ] Update **Status** of contacts based on recent conversations.  
- [ ] Move contacts through the **Network Funnel** stages as appropriate.  
- [ ] Add any new contacts captured in email signatures or LinkedIn to the **Contacts** database.  
- [ ] Archive meetings that are older than 90 days (move to “Archive” view).

## How to import into Notion
1. **Create a new page** in your Notion workspace where you want the template.  
2. Click the three‑dot menu → **“Import”** → choose **“Markdown & CSV”**.  
3. **Upload this .md file** (the entire content you just copied). Notion will create the headings and plain tables.  
4. For each table that should be a database:  
   a. Click the table → **“Turn into”** → **“Database – Table”**.  
   b. Rename the database to match the section title (e.g., “Contacts”).  
   c. Adjust property types (Date, Select, Multi‑select, Relation, Formula) to match the column descriptions above.  
5. **Set up relations**:  
   - In the **Meeting Planner**, change the **With** column to a **Relation** linked to the **Contacts** database.  
   - In the **Network Funnel**, link the **Name** column to **Contacts** as well.  
6. **Create the views** described (Calendar view for Interaction Log, Kanban view for Network Funnel, etc.) by clicking **“Add a view”** on each database.  
7. (Optional) Duplicate the **Resources & Templates** page to keep a master copy, then customize links to your own assets.  
8. Finally, pin the **Dashboard** page to your sidebar for quick daily access.
