## How to import into Notion
1. **Create a new page** in your Notion workspace where you want the planner.  
2. Click **“Import”** → select **“Markdown & CSV”** and upload this `.md` file.  
3. Notion will create the headings as sub‑pages.  
4. For each table, click the three‑dot menu → **“Turn into → Database”** and choose the appropriate type (Table, Board, Calendar).  
5. Set the **Relation** properties:  
   - In **Weekly Menu**, add a relation to **Recipes** (property “Recipe”).  
   - In **Grocery List**, relate “From Recipe” to **Recipes**.  
   - In **Prep Tasks**, relate “Linked Recipe” to **Recipes**.  
   - In **Meal Log**, relate “Recipe” to **Recipes**.  
6. Adjust view types (Calendar for Weekly Menu, Board for Prep Tasks, etc.) as described in each section.  
7. Duplicate the **Dashboard** page as a favorite or pin it for quick access.
