4. **Monthly (5th day)** – Reconcile bank statements; update Account balances.  
5. **Quarterly** – Review YTD profit margin; adjust pricing or expense categories.

## How to import into Notion
1. In Notion, create a new page where you want the template.  
2. Click **Import** → **Markdown & CSV** and select this `.md` file.  
3. Notion will create the page hierarchy and plain tables.  
4. For each table you want to function as a database:  
   a. Click the table → **Turn into → Database – Table**.  
   b. Add the appropriate property types (Date, Number, Select, Relation, Formula) matching the column headers.  
   c. Set up the **Relation** properties between *Transactions Ledger*, *Invoices*, and *Bills* as indicated in the tips.  
5. Duplicate the pre‑built filtered views (Income, Expenses, Receivables, Upcoming Bills) by creating **Linked Database** blocks on the Dashboard and applying the filters shown.  
6. Enable **Reminders** on the SOP checklist items to automate the workflow.
