**Key Properties**  
- **Title** – Short, descriptive name.  
- **Platform** – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Email, etc.  
- **Content Type** – Reel, Story, Post, Carousel, Article, Live, Newsletter, etc.  
- **Status** – Idea → Draft → Review → Scheduled → Published → Archived.  
- **Publish Date** – Date (with time if needed).  
- **Owner** – Team member responsible.  
- **Campaign** – Optional grouping for larger marketing pushes.

## Workflow & SOPs
Standard Operating Procedures to keep the team aligned.

1. **Idea Capture** – Add to Idea Inbox within 24 h of inspiration.  
2. **Weekly Review** – Every Monday, move top 5 ideas to Content Calendar, assign Owner & Publish Date.  
3. **Creation** – Owner drafts copy, attaches assets, updates Status to *Draft*.  
4. **Review** – Peer reviewer changes Status to *Review*; add comments directly in the page.  
5. **Scheduling** – Social media manager sets Status to *Scheduled* and adds the exact publishing time.  
6. **Publish & Log** – After posting, change Status to *Published* and immediately fill Performance Tracker.  
7. **Monthly Audit** – End of month, analyze top‑performing content and update the “Content Themes” page (not shown) for next month’s strategy.

## How to import into Notion
1. In Notion, create a new page where you want the template.  
2. Click **Import** → **Markdown & CSV** and select this `.md` file.  
3. Notion will create the headings and tables as plain pages.  
4. For each table marked as a **Database** (Content Calendar, Asset Library, Idea Inbox, Performance Tracker), click the three‑dot menu on the table → **Turn into → Database** → choose **Table**, **Board**, or **Gallery** view as appropriate.  
5. Adjust property types (e.g., set **Publish Date** to *Date*, **Status** to *Select*, **Reach** to *Number*).  
6. Re‑create any filtered or grouped views described in the Dashboard Overview by adding new views to the respective databases.  
7. Duplicate the **Workflow & SOPs** block into each team member’s workspace if needed, and assign owners.
