## Workflow & SOP
Step‑by‑step guide to move a piece of content from idea to published post.

1. **Idea Capture** – Add a new row in **Content Pillars & Ideas** or directly in **Content Calendar** with status “Idea”.
2. **Research & Draft** – Fill in “Caption Draft”, attach assets from **Asset Library**, change status to “Draft”.
3. **Review** – Assign a reviewer (via @mention). Once approved, set status to “Approved”.
4. **Schedule** – Choose a publish date/time, set status to “Scheduled”. Notion will sync with your external scheduler (e.g., Buffer) via the “Publish Time” field.
5. **Publish** – After posting, update status to “Published” and fill in metrics in **Performance Tracker**.
6. **Analyze** – At month‑end, review **Performance Tracker** to identify top‑performing pillars and adjust the upcoming month’s calendar.

> 💡 Tip: Duplicate the SOP page for each team member to customize responsibilities without breaking the master workflow.

## How to import into Notion
1. In Notion, create a new page where you want the template.
2. Click **Import** → **Markdown & CSV** and select this `.md` file.
3. Notion will create the headings and tables as plain tables.
4. For each table you want to function as a database, click the three‑dot menu on the table → **Turn into → Database → Table – Full page** (or Inline as preferred).
5. Adjust property types (e.g., change “Date” to **Date**, “Status” to **Select**, “Media Asset” to **Files & media**, “Publish Time” to **Time**).
6. Re‑create any relations (e.g., link **Content Calendar** rows to **Asset Library** via a Relation property).
7. Save the page, duplicate it for future projects, and start populating!
