## How to import into Notion
1. **Create a new page** in your Notion workspace where you want the template.  
2. Click **Import** → **Markdown & CSV** and select this `.md` file.  
3. Notion will create the headings and plain tables automatically.  
4. For each table you want to function as a database:  
   a. Click the three‑dot menu on the table → **Turn into → Table – Full page** (or **Table – Inline**).  
   b. Add the appropriate **Property Types** (e.g., Date, Person, Select, Multi‑Select, Formula) matching the column headers.  
   c. Set up **Relations** between the Guest List and Seating Chart, and between Vendors and Budget if desired.  
5. Adjust view types (Calendar for Timeline, Board for Seating Chart, Gallery for Vendor Portfolio) to match the workflow described above.  
6. Duplicate the page or share it with your partner/co‑planner to collaborate in real time.
