## How to use this planner

1. **Print & Assemble** – Print each page on A4/Letter paper. Bind them in a three‑ring binder or clip them together for a portable folder.
2. **Monthly Setup** – At the start of each month, fill out the *Monthly Overview* to capture key dates, goals, and deadlines.
3. **Weekly Planning** – Every Sunday (or Monday), transfer major tasks into the *Weekly Spread*. Mark priorities and leave space for reflection.
4. **Daily Execution** – Each morning, write the date on a *Daily Page*, schedule classes, and list assignments. Check off tasks as you complete them.
5. **Goal Tracking** – Review the *Goals & Vision* section weekly. Update status boxes and adjust action steps as needed.
6. **Reflect & Adjust** – Use the end‑of‑week reflection prompts and the *Notes* pages to capture ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins.
7. **Consistency is Key** – Spend a few minutes each day updating the planner; the habit of writing things down reinforces memory and accountability.
