## How to use this planner

1. **Set up your binder** – Print each section on a separate sheet (or double‑sided if you prefer) and organize them in the order: Monthly Overview → Weekly Spread → Daily Pages → Goals & Vision → Notes.  
2. **Monthly planning** – At the start of each month, fill out the Monthly Overview to capture big goals, key projects, and important dates. Review it at month‑end.  
3. **Weekly focus** – Every Sunday (or Monday), copy the Weekly Spread for that week. Identify top priorities for each day and schedule appointments. Conduct a quick weekly review on Saturday or Sunday.  
4. **Daily execution** – Each morning, write your top 3 goals, block out time, and list tasks. Use the Pomodoro Tracker to stay focused. In the evening, complete the gratitude and reflection prompts.  
5. **Goal tracking** – Review the Goals & Vision page monthly. Break larger goals into smaller milestones and check progress regularly.  
6. **Capture ideas** – Whenever inspiration strikes, jot it down in the Notes & Ideas section. Review this page weekly to turn ideas into actions.  
7. **Iterate** – Adjust the layout or add extra pages (e.g., habit trackers, project plans) as you discover what works best for you.
